R.I.P Keron: East Africa joins Juliana Kanyomozi in mourning of her son.

HiPipo Editorial.

The Entertainment fraternity of East Africa and other well-wishers from within and outside the region have spent a big part of today comforting diva Juliana Kanyomozi following the passing on of her only child Keron Kabugo, aged 11.

Keron, who had been admitted at Aga Khan Hospital, Nairobi succumbed to multiple organs failure at around 10:25am today. Amon Lukwago is the father of the deceased child.

His death followed rumors of his passing on throughout Saturday night and counter confirmations that he was still arrive but admitted in hospital.

While some media had pronounced Keron dead on Saturday, Juliana posted that her little Angel was still alive on Sunday morning but needed prayers.

"My family and I would like to inform my friends and fans that my little Angel Keron has not been well after suffering a severe asthma attack while at school. He is currently admitted at Aga Khan Hospital Nairobi, and is getting the best medical attention. I am by his bedside 24 hours. Please join us in praying for my little Angel for his quick recovery. Thank you, Juliana posted".

Unfortunately, a few hours after this post, the worst happened as Keron was pronounced dead. Juliana personally communicated the death of her only son in the post below.

“My angel has just gone to the lord. What was spreading earlier was a rumor. He passed away at 10:25am this morning. He's been such a fighter. Thank you for praying for my lil angel. I will try n be as strong as I possibly can. Rest in peace Keron. Sleep well my son. Till we meet again.”  She said.

The sad news was followed by thousands of messages of mourning from around the East African region. Majority of the media houses posted messages of sympathy, musicians mourned with their colleague while fans from the different camps expressed their shock and prayed for Juliana and her family.

“My thoughts and prayers for my friend Juliana who lost her son Keron this morning. God give you peace,” Tusker project fame judge Ian Mbugua posted.

Dr Jose Chameleone posted: “Sincere condolences from me and my family to Juliana Kanyomozi, a Friend, Sister and Colleague. May God strengthen you and your family in this time. Rest In peace Keron.”

“My fellow musician Juliana Kanyomozi has lost her only child, my prayers and condolences to her, Amon & the entire family. May Keron's soul RIP,” Bebe Cool noted.

By the time this story was filed, more condolence messages were coming in.

Keron’s body will arrive in Uganda tomorrow and vigil will be held at Bunga-Ggaba. Currently, Juliana’s family, friends and other well-wishers are gathering at her home in Lungujja.

Full Burial arrangements will be communicated tomorrow.

We at HiPipo.com wish to extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Super Diva Juliana Kanyomozi, over the loss of her little Angel, Keron! May God strengthen her, her family and fans. Fare thee well Keron.

Eleven years of joy,
Eleven years of smiles,
You were so amazing a boy!

You've gone so early dear,
Yet by the mention of your name,
You feel so close, so near!

Painful your departure is,
But I'll drop no tear.
For now that you are with the Lord,
I surely have no fear.

You've gone so early dear,
Yet by the mention of your name,
You feel so close, so near!

You are irreplaceable, Keron!
Your place remains yours alone,
Even after a million years,
When you are gone.

You've gone so early dear,
Yet by the mention of your name,
You feel so close, so near!

Dwell thee among the Angels, Keron!
You have a place in heaven,
Which rhymes with eleven!

You've gone so early dear,
Yet by the mention of your name,
You feel so close, so near!
