Diamond Platnumz continues to humble and silence critics with good work and greater accomplishments every day. Today, the Nana singer set a new African record as his latest song Salome featuring Rayvanny surpassed one million views on YouTube with in 3 days after it was released and uploaded on the Social Broadcast website.
In doing so, Diamond not only beat his own record but also set a new record for Africa.
“And ANOTHER HISTORY WAS MADE!! Last time we broke the African Record by getting 1 million views within 4 days through the song Kidogo ft P-SQUARE and today we Broke our Own record through Salome by getting 1 Million Views in 3 days,” Diamond posted on his Facebook page.
The song Salome was written by Diamond Platnumz and Rayvanny from Tanzania at the start of 2016. It is inspired by a classic song; Maria Salome by Saida Karoli that was so popular some years ago.
Salome beat and track were produced, mixed and got mastered by Producer Lizer from Wasafi Records Tanzania. Salome video was shot in Tanzania on 10th April 2016 by Director Nicorux from South Africa.
